Indulge in our quick and beautifully simple plant-based Chocolate Mousse recipe, made with Clearspring award-winning Organic Japanese Silken Tofu. This high-protein mousse is perfect for dessert or as a sweet treat. Top with your favourite fruit or berries.

Ingredients
1 pack 300g Clearspring Silken Tofu
70g dark chocolate (vegan), broken into pieces
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
To serve
Any fresh fruit - we used raspberries
Grated chocolate
Method
Melt the chocolate in a large bowl on top of a saucepan of simmering water, mix with a spatula until it's melted.
Open the pack of Tofu and drain the liquid.
Place the tofu in a blender with the melted chocolate, maple syrup and miso paste and blend until smooth.
Place in a large container or into individual serving bowls and place in the fridge for 1 hour or more.
To serve, add fresh raspberries and grated chocolate.
