Raspberry Tofu Chocolate Mousse

Indulge in our quick and beautifully simple plant-based Chocolate Mousse recipe, made with Clearspring award-winning Organic Japanese Silken Tofu. This high-protein mousse is perfect for dessert or as a sweet treat. Top with your favourite fruit or berries.

Ingredients

To serve 

  • Any fresh fruit - we used raspberries 

  • Grated chocolate  

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in a large bowl on top of a saucepan of simmering water, mix with a spatula until it's melted.  

  2. Open the pack of Tofu and drain the liquid. 

  3. Place the tofu in a blender with the melted chocolate, maple syrup and miso paste and blend until smooth.  

  4. Place in a large container or into individual serving bowls and place in the fridge for 1 hour or more.  

  5. To serve, add fresh raspberries and grated chocolate.
