20ml Cream
1 Tsp Cornflour
1 Tsp Icing Sugar
120ml Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg®
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
4 Thick Slices of 2-day-old Bread (better if slightly stale)
1 Tbsp Butter
To serve (optional)
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
2 Tsps Freshly Grated Orange Zest

Method
Dissolve the cornflour and icing sugar in the cream.
Add the Crackd® The No-Egg-Egg® and cinnamon and whisk until completely smooth.
Dip the sliced bread into the no egg mixture making sure they are completely soaked.
Place the butter in a non stick frying pan on a medium heat.
When the butter starts to bubble lower the bread into the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Turn the bread over and cook for another 2-3 minutes until that side is also golden brown.
Turn out onto a plate and decorate with the syrup, berries or your topping of choice, serve with the whipped cream.
