Pizza
1 One Planet Margherita Pizza
1 pack char-grilled steak-style strips
Peppercorn Sauce
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1–2 tsp whole peppercorns, lightly crushed
230ml vegetable stock
125ml vegan cream
Pinch of salt
Method
Make the Peppercorn Sauce
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add garlic + peppercorns; cook 1–2 mins until fragrant.
Pour in vegetable stock and bring to a simmer.
Stir in cream; cook 5–7 mins until thickened.
Season with salt; set aside.
Prep the Steak Strips
Char steak-style strips in a hot pan for 2–3 mins.
Build the Pizza
Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).
Place 1 One Planet Pizza on a tray.
Top with the char-grilled steak strips.Bake
Bake 10–12 mins, until the crust is crisp.
Finish
Spoon the creamy peppercorn sauce over the hot pizza.
Slice and enjoy.
