
An easy weeknight winner, the teriyaki sauce goes perfectly with our tempeh to make a delicious noodle and veggie stir-fry.

Ingredients
200g (1 pack), torn into chunks
1 tbsp oil
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
150g mushrooms, sliced
150 g teriyaki sauce
300g cooked noodles for 2
Optional garnish
Thinly sliced spring onions
Sesame seeds
Method
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, then add the minced change to torn tempeh. Fry for a few minutes, then toss in the peppers and mushrooms.
Pour in your teriyaki sauce and stir fry for a few minutes, until the veg is softened.
Add in your noodles and stir to ensure the noodles are nicely coated in the sauce.
Plate up and sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds for that extra touch of flavour and crunch! (if using).
